Terms & Conditions
All bookings with Dyslexia Support and Learning Centre (DSLC) are made for a minimum of ONE school term, as per dates communicated by DSLC.
To cancel a booking for the following term, cancellation must be given in writing TWO weeks prior to the term commencing.
Any cancellation after this time will incur full payment for the the term booked.
DSLC are unable to refund your session should your child be unable to attend. DSLC will try to provide options for make-up sessions where possible
DSLC requires payment monthly in advance, an invoice will be provided to you for the amount due via Integrapay or direct deposit, using the student’s name as reference. Payments via Paypal are also accepted. Any payments outstanding at the end of the billing cycle will incur a surcharge of 3.5% above bank rate, for the outstanding amount.
